(No Scholarship Entitlements): Must not be 33 years of age on board convening date and must be able to commission prior to their 35th birthday.
You must not be 31 or older on December 31 of the year you will graduate and commission. This limitation is set by public law (10 U.S.C. 2107) and there are no waivers. Use the worksheet below to determine if you are eligible for scholarship.

STEP 3: Enter the result. This is the day the applicant will turn 31 years old:

STEP 4: Enter the date for 31 December in the airman's projected calendar year of commissioning.
31 December 2004
If the date in STEP 3 is equal to or earlier than the date in STEP 4, the airman is INELIGIBLE for a scholarship.
If the date in STEP 3 is later than the date in STEP 4, then the airman is ELIGIBLE for a scholarship.
