Inbound Trainees

Congratulations on your selection to the Basic Officer Training program at the United States Air Force Officer Training School. Getting off to a good start requires you to show up prepared. The following information will help you prepare for the challenging 47 Training Days (TDs) that will lead to your commission as an officer in the USAF.





***Note: You must arrive between 1200-1600 hrs on your designated arrival day! Eat lunch and get your hair cut prior to arrival (males)***

Read First!

All future BOT Trainees need to read through the following documents before coming to OTS:

BOT Syllabus

OTSMAN 36-2604 and OTSMAN Guidance Memo,24 TRS OTSMAN Supplement: These Documents contain the procedures that will govern the day to day lives of all OTs

HAWK: This booklet contains the knowledge and quotes all OTs must learn as part of BOT. A printed copy will be given to you upon arriving to OTS, so you need not print and bring your own copy.
